This villa has all the features required to make for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday on the beach.

Locations:

The villa is located on the North East Coast, at Roches Noires, is one of the few remaining tranquil spots of this tropical island. Bordered by a forested greenbelt at the back and a virtually private beach in front,

Golf Courses are a mere 20 minutes drive from the villa.

Features.
The villa accommodation is on two levels. Ground floor : lounge/dining room, separate bar area, separate fully fitted kitchen ,one double bedroom en suite, guest cloak room. The covered verandah has a large dining table and benches, comfortable all weather lounge chairs. There is also a card table and a reading area with a comfortable build in bench with cushions.

Upstairs: two large comfortable bed rooms en suite, (all bed rooms are air-conditioned and have a small safe to keep valuables).

The verandah has a non slip floor surface (safe for kids and elderly guests) the verandah is open on two sides and we have fitted raffia sails to protect you if there is too much sun.

The front lawn is ideal for kids to play or for spending some time under the palm trees in one of the many loungers. For those who like a barbecue, there is a paved area where the barbecue has been build, benches with comfortable cushions, table and with chairs and large umbrella awaits you.
Loungers have been provided for your use in the garden. We have banana chairs for the beach.

The Gazebo (kiosque) has a fetched roof; it is at the end of the garden overlooking the Chrystal clear lagoon. The Gazebo is fitted with seats and all weather cushions .Ideal to spend some quiet time and recharge one’s batteries.

The rolling lawn will take you to the white beach and clear azur waters. The sand is very fine and no need to wear any shoes. Swimming is safe for young and old.

Activities: swimming, kayaking, cycling, walking and jogging. The enormous lagoon, protected by a coral reef, is safe for swimming, snorkeling and perfect for young children. The beach offers white sand, clear turquoise water and an exceptional swimming area at both high and low tides. Please bring your own snorkeling/diving equipment.

Services:
Beach towels are provided, and changed every second day.
The villa is serviced daily, new linen and towels are provided every second day.                       We also provide a laundry service every third day.                                                                      The full time cook is there six days of the week; she will prepare and cook your meals.                             To help you in your choice of meals and to facilitate you with your groceries purchase we offer a selection of dishes that you can choose from. In addition to that we also offer a shopping service, thus saving you the hassle of having to go shopping on your arrival.

Welcome:
For those staying a week or more we offer a welcome meal and also a starter pack with the essentials for a breakfast.
