The villa is located on the North East Coast, at Roches Noires, is one of the few remaining tranquil spots of this tropical island. Bordered by a forested greenbelt at the back and a virtually private beach in front,

Features:

The bungalow is a well planned family bungalow; build on the side of the main villa, overlooking the sea.

The bungalow is built on two levels. Ground floor: lounge /dining area, separate well appointed kitchen, double bed room en suite. Covered verandah with eating and sitting area.

Upstairs: Three bed rooms, one en suit air-conditioned, with a private balcony and a view of the sea. The two other bed rooms have single beds and share a bathroom. One of the rooms is air-conditioned.

The front garden has a paved area with a wooden table and benches, the barbecue area is fitted with has a Webber braie, for those who like cooking outdoor. You can enjoy the view while relaxing on the loungers provided.

The beach who is only 50 meters away is accessed by a large pathway on the side of the main property.

On the beach we have created a very private area with table and sitting area, where you can spend the day, have a barbecue or simply relax among the filaos and veloutiers. The beach and the swim are very safe for young and olds. The sand is so fine that you do not need to wear any shoes.

Activities: swimming, kayaking, cycling or walking and jogging. The enormous lagoon, protected by a coral reef, is safe for swimming, snorkeling and perfect for young children. The beach offers white sand, clear turquoise water and an exceptional swimming area at both high and low tides. Please bring your own snorkeling/diving equipment.

The housemaid will cook a simple lunch for you.(a menus is provided on request to facilitate your selection of meals)We offer a shopping service , ask us for details.
We offer one welcome meal on your arrival and a continental breakfast the next morning, for a stay of 7 nights or more.

GROCERY STARTER PACK
A starter pack comprising tea bags, instant coffee, milk, sugar, bottled water, bread, butter, jam, toilet paper and soap to start you off is provided for your convenience in the bungalow when you arrive. Our local taxi is available to take you shopping to stock up on your first morning.

DAILY SERVICING
The bungalow is serviced from 09H00 – 13H00. Sheets are changed every third morning and towels every second day. Washing and ironing of personal laundry is included in our tariff.

BABYSITTING SERVICES

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We can provide for transfers, quote on request.
We can assist with sightseeing tours, catamaran/boat trips, restaurants, etc.
